The lengths that people go to get to something or someone are astounding.

Things like "accidently" emailing someone who really wants nothing to do with you (after you have told them in the nicest way possible and in no uncertain terms to piss off)- that kind of thing...

There's a lesson to be learned, bairns: always go with your gut about people.

If that gut of yours telling you that something's amiss, it is.

If your gut is telling you that someone is about to do something stanky- trust your gut!

Listen- people always covet.

It's in our nature, really. Very few of us (except those who lack common decency and respect) actually act on our covetousness.

Understand this, though- PEOPLE WANT WHAT YOU HAVE AND WILL TRY EVERY LITTLE DEVIOUS THING POSSIBLE IN ORDER TO GET TO IT.

Trust me on that.
